Milestone Group
Five branches, one parent
Buying, moving, hauling, defending, covering — every link owned in-house and handed to the next.
Milestone Group is a Brooklyn-based logistics group that owns every link of the chain — sourcing and procurement, ground linehaul, drayage and export, carrier and driver defence, cargo cover. Same standards, same people, one handoff to the next.

Freight moves on FMCSA broker authority held by MilestoneBrokers LLC — bonded under BMC-84, cargo and liability insured.
Authority is public record, so ours is checkable: USDOT 04250815, a $75,000 BMC-84 bond, and cargo and liability cover that a shipper's insurer can verify before a load is tendered.

Montreal to Miami, inland to the Midwest edge — the lanes we know cold. Nationwide broker authority beyond them.
Depth beats reach: on our own corridor we know the terminals, the ports, the yards and which carrier is actually near the pickup this week — so quotes hold and pickup windows are real.

Where most operators pass you to a stranger at every step, the next link is another Milestone branch — same standard, same accountability.
Every handoff is where freight normally goes wrong — a new company, a new file, nobody accountable. Inside the group the file travels with the freight and the same people answer for it end to end.

Brooklyn runs the day, a second desk in Tbilisi runs the overnight. Every shipment has a human on it around the clock.
Two desks, eight time zones apart, working one shared file. A breakdown at 3am New York time is picked up in Tbilisi's working day instead of waiting for the office to open.
Most brokers take two to three weeks to onboard a truck. Authority, safety and insurance are pulled automatically, so the file is complete the day it is submitted.
Industry standard is 30 days, often 45. Paying in two means the good carriers take our loads first — which is what keeps delivery dates honest.
A load described lighter or easier to reach than it is costs a driver a day and a second truck. We would rather lose the load at quote than lose the carrier at pickup.
Intake, photographs from both ends and the carrier's insurer contacted the same day. Slow claims lose accounts faster than the damage itself does.
Federally required of every licensed broker, and the reason a carrier can trust an unfamiliar desk: if we fail to pay, the bond does.
Re-selling a load to an unvetted truck is how freight vanishes and claims go unpaid. We do not do it, and we check that our carriers do not either.
Each branch owns one link and hands the shipment to the next. Three are running today, one is being rebuilt, one is in licensing.

Nothing leaves our desk until four things clear. None of them depend on someone remembering to ask.

Three links are live and moving freight today; two are being built. If you invest, partner, or want to plug a network into ours, this is the door — and it opens onto a person, not a queue.
Tell us who you are and what you have in mind. A partner reads every message.
We read partnership mail the day it lands. Expect a reply from a named person, not an autoresponder.
